Dr. Gheysar, is an addiction medicine specialist, certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Dr. Gheysar hold medical degrees, with honors, from U.C.L.A. and U.C.I., and a residency at U.S.C. He has over 12 years of specialized experience in treating patients with addictions and other related illnesses.

Dr. Gavshon holds undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral degrees in Psychology from U.C.I. and the California School of Professional Psychology. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and an expert in all chemical dependency treatment settings including inpatient, residential and outpatient. Dr. Gavshon is also an expert in treating patients with co-occurring mental health issues and disorders.

Denise Rounds received her education at St. George's Hospital Group, London, England. Denise has over 25 years of clinical and administrative experience in chemical dependency treatment.

Chris Similia completed his Bachelor's Degree in Theology at Berean Bible College. He has since completed extensive work in community service, locally and abroad. Chris has more than 7 years of experience in spiritual guidance counseling, which has provided him invaluable insights into the human spiritual condition.

Renee Chenette, born and raised in Paris, France has expertise in many styles of Yoga and meditation practices. Her skills and insight in connecting MIND, BODY and SPIRIT are invaluable to chemically dependent patients.

Derik Brian is the founder and owner of Miramar Recovery. With a degree in Medicine and personal experience with addiction, Derik created a recovery program that is dedicated and committed to providing the finest care available today for addiction treatment.

Scott Stapley has bachelor's degrees in Health Educations, Physiology and Kinesiology and has a graduate degree in Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies, Austin, TX. Scott has years of experience in treating those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.

Jill Carlson holds a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences. Jill has broad experience in chemical dependency treatment, as well as dual diagnosis treatment and eating disorder treatment. Jill is currently pursuing a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
