Cocaine Detox

Cocaine detox at Miramar Recovery Cocaine Detox and Addiction Treatment Program utilizes two physicians, an addictionologist and an addiction psychiatrist, Each of these physicians has several years of experience managing cocaine Detox.

Cocaine detox is not, itself, a cocaine Addiction Treatment. However, before commencing treatment it is critical to remove all the cocaine from the body. During the cocaine detox period, our staff does all that it can to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

The cocaine detox process commences with a history and physical evaluation by one of our physicians. Through the cocaine detox assessment, the physician is able to manage any medication that the client is currently using, prescribe additional medications that can mitigate withdrawal symptoms, and derive a clear health picture of the patient, so that every precaution is taken to insure safety and comfort through the cocaine detox.

Cocaine Detox Staff

As mentioned, we utilize two cocaine detox physicians, a nurse, a dietitian, a chef, and 24-hour shift staff who are highly trained in cocaine detox protocols. Clients vitals are measured on a regular basis to insure maximum safety.

Cocaine Detox Accommodations

At Miramar Recovery’s cocaine detox program, our facilities are designed for safety and comfort. Our rooms are private and semi-private (no more than two clients per room), with no more than two clients sharing a bathroom. Our beds, linens, and all bedroom furnishings are top quality and design.

Cocaine Addiction Treatment Program

Once the cocaine detox process is completed, our clients progress to the primary treatment phase, wherein our team expert clinical, behavioral professionals, including psychologists and therapists work individually and collectively with clients attending our Cocaine Detox and Addiction Treatment Program. These specialists provide extensive individualized treatment, specifically to treat and discover the underlying issues that cause cocaine addiction and other addictions.

Additionally, we employ an acupuncturist, nutritionist, masseuse, and several other professionals who enable us to utilize the most progressive, proven methods of treating cocaine addiction available today.
