Miramar Recovery Centers Extended Care Programs offer substantially more treatment services than any other Transitional Sober Living program.

Weekly Sessions Included:
• 1 hour Group Therapy/Counseling
• 1 hour Group Nutritional Education
• 1 hour Relapse Prevention and Recovery Sessions
• 3 hours Group Yoga/ Meditation/ Stress Management
• 1 Massage
• 2 Gourmet Meals Provided (daily); snacks; open kitchen
Weekly Housekeeping
Weekly Activities Include:
• Beach Walks
• Museum Visits / Art Walks
• Tennis, Hiking, Tours, Shopping and Dining
Resident Requirments:
• Completion of any 28-day min. primary care treatment program
• Attendance at 3 (min.) Recovery Meetings per week, while in the program
• Compliance with all Program Policies and Requirements
Extended Care fees are all-inclusive and due in full at the beginning of each 30-day period.
